I PR’d on Strict Press yesterday. My previous was 154#, and yesterday, I was able to Strict Press 163#, definitely an improvement, I love when you’re able to see progress. Such a good motivator. :D

Lady CrossFitters.

Honestly, I don’t really see any differences. But, I guess that’s fine. I mean, it is somewhat disappointing. Anyway, the real difference is how I feel. I feel so much better. I have more energy, I sleep better, I feel more alert. So, there’s that.

Today was brutal

WOD:

7 dead-lifts @ 285#

400m shuttle run (50m each way)

7 pull-ups

:45 second rest between each set.

7 RFT

I completed in 21:08

The dead lifts just used SO much energy that it made the run feel like forever. But, felt great after, minus the torn callas on my hand. haha

Tore my first callas. Feels good man.

I know these are getting out of control as far as how many there are. But hey, this one is relevant. haha. Shit CrossFitters Say.

If you CrossFit, you’ll understand. haha

The Butt Test. haha. By the way, that lady’s shoulders and arms are JACKED.

Inspirational.

Todays barbell club. 1 rep max of 185#. :)

I. AM. SO. SORE.

A photo of us after our WOD. We’re glistening like champions! hahaha
I’m the one standing in the back, for those of you who don’t know.
This is what we did today. Press Jerks 5/5/5 max effort then 3/3/3/ max effort. I ended being able to do 203 for my max 3 rep. Pleasantly surprised.
Then our WOD, which sucked, because I am a horrible runner.
100 Meter sprint at the top of every minute for 15 minutes. The remaining time left in the minute was for rest, which, by the way, seemed like next to nothing. hah
